By downloading, accessing, or using the Service Hub application or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

Service Hub is a digital marketplace that connects users with local service providers across categories including healthcare, fitness, legal, real estate, education, and more. We facilitate connections but are not responsible for the quality or outcome of services booked through our platform.

You must create an account to use most features of Service Hub. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.

You agree not to misuse the platform. Prohibited activities include posting false or misleading information, harassing other users or providers, attempting to bypass our security measures, using the service for any unlawful purpose, or interfering with the proper functioning of the platform.

Service providers who list on Service Hub are independent professionals. Service Hub does not employ or control them. We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings or the quality of services rendered. Users should exercise their own judgment when booking services.

Users may submit reviews and ratings for service providers. Reviews must be honest and based on genuine experiences. We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate our guidelines, including reviews that contain offensive language, personal attacks, or fraudulent content.

All content on Service Hub, including the app design, logo, text, and features, is the property of Service Hub and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written permission.

Service Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the services giving rise to the claim in the twelve months preceding the incident.

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in behavior that harms the community. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior to termination.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable local laws. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
